Victoria Beckham Holdings Achieves First Profit Since Inception in 2025

Victoria Beckham Holdings has reported a significant financial milestone, achieving its inaugural operating profit of £7.3 million in 2025, marking a reversal from previous losses. This achievement underscores the brand's successful evolution into a profitable global luxury enterprise, navigating a challenging market landscape. The firm's revenue climbed to £129.8 million, reflecting a robust 15% increase and extending its streak of double-digit growth to five years. This positive momentum is further supported by a substantial surge in EBITDA, highlighting a period of strategic growth and operational efficiency.

The company's financial statement revealed that 2025 was a landmark year, moving from a £1.6 million loss in 2024 to a considerable profit. This turnaround is a testament to the meticulous efforts and foundational strength built over time. David Belhassen, chairman of Victoria Beckham and founder of Neo Investment Partners, emphasized that these solid foundations are now paving the way for a new phase of controlled international growth.

The fashion segment played a crucial role in this success, experiencing remarkable expansion driven by the strong sales of dresses and gowns, which constituted 32% of the retail business. Iconic pieces such as the Katherine jacket, Alina trouser, Isabella gown, and Bela dress were highlighted as key performers, illustrating the brand's strong appeal in its core offerings.

Additionally, the 2025 Netflix documentary, 'Victoria Beckham,' significantly amplified the brand's visibility and consumer engagement. This documentary bolstered direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels, with ready-to-wear remaining a top-performing category. Sybille Darricarrère Lunel, CEO of Victoria Beckham Fashion, noted that the documentary effectively showcased the enduring allure of the brand's signature silhouettes.

The Victoria Beckham Beauty division also recorded one of its most successful years, with new product innovations like The Foundation Drops, enriched with skincare actives, more than doubling category sales. Lauren Edelman, CEO of Victoria Beckham Beauty, pointed to this success as a strong indicator of future growth potential within the skincare market. The positive trajectory continued into the first half of 2026, with double-digit sales growth, and the company is set to open its first New York store on Mercer Street in September, integrating fashion, beauty, and fragrance under one roof.

With two dynamic growth drivers in fashion and beauty, an expanding global customer base, and a focused operational strategy, the business is well-positioned for continued profitable expansion. The start of 2026 has already demonstrated promising results, setting a positive tone for the brand's future endeavors.
