H. Moser & Cie Unveils Compact Streamliner Two-Hands Watches

Apr 14, 2026, 5:30 AM

H. Moser & Cie introduces a more compact interpretation of its renowned Streamliner series at Watches & Wonders 2026. Since its inception in 2020, the Streamliner line has showcased a diverse range of timepieces, from straightforward models to intricate complications, typically spanning 39mm to 42mm in size. Now, the brand presents the H. Moser & Cie Streamliner Two Hands, available in 34mm and 28mm dimensions, focusing purely on hour and minute display.

These new models uphold the distinctive Streamliner aesthetic, featuring stainless steel cases with the collection's characteristic cushion shape, seamless contours, and an integrated bracelet designed for enhanced comfort on smaller wrists. Despite their reduced proportions—the larger model measures 34.2mm (9.7mm thick) and the smaller 28.3mm (8.9mm thick)—they maintain full everyday utility, boasting screw-down crowns and 120-meter water resistance. H. Moser & Cie affirms that downsizing does not equate to diminished quality, highlighting their commitment to uncompromising design.

A key aspect of these new releases is their minimalist time display, presenting only hour and minute hands, without a seconds hand or additional features. This design choice aligns with Moser's philosophy of understated elegance and is particularly fitting for the smaller dials, ensuring clarity and emphasizing meticulous proportions and surface finishes. Both timepieces showcase Moser's signature fumé dials, with the 34mm variant featuring a silver hue and the 28mm version a rich burgundy. The dials are devoid of hour markers, text, or logos, allowing the unique frosted texture and luminous leaf-shaped hands to dominate the visual appeal. Powering these watches are in-house automatic calibers: the HMC 400 for the 34mm model and the HMC 410 for the 28mm variant. Both movements, visible through sapphire casebacks, offer a 60-hour power reserve, operate at 25,200 vibrations per hour, and incorporate 18k red gold rotors. The finishing details, including Moser's signature double stripes and partially skeletonized bridges, underscore the brand's dedication to exceptional craftsmanship. These new Streamliner Two Hands models exemplify a thoughtful expansion of the collection into smaller formats, where size reduction enhances, rather than detracts from, the overall watchmaking experience.

The debut of the Streamliner Two Hands collection by H. Moser & Cie signals a compelling evolution in luxury watchmaking, particularly within the integrated bracelet segment. By offering these exquisite timepieces in more modest sizes, the brand not only broadens its appeal but also reaffirms a commitment to design purity and mechanical excellence. This move demonstrates that sophistication and high performance are not solely the domain of larger watches, but can be masterfully encapsulated in dimensions suited for a wider array of preferences. It encourages us to appreciate the subtle power of meticulous craftsmanship and thoughtful design, reminding us that true value lies in precision, innovation, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection, regardless of scale.
