Baume & Mercier's Clifton series, renowned for its timeless design reminiscent of 1950s timepieces, has received a fresh update for 2026. Following a comprehensive redesign in 2025 that refined its profile with more compact dimensions and distinct hands, the collection now presents two new limited editions distinguished by an alluring ice-blue guilloché-inspired dial.

The first model, a 39mm Automatic, features a refined stainless-steel case with a slender 11.22mm thickness. Its ice-blue dial, created through a stamping technique, showcases a black central crosshair, a finely detailed snailed minutes track, and elongated trapezoidal hour markers. Powering this piece is the self-winding Baumatic BM13-1975 A movement, offering an impressive 120-hour power reserve. The second, more intricate offering is a 40mm Baumatic Perpetual Calendar. This timepiece also sports the ice-blue dial, though with a more complex layout to accommodate its perpetual calendar functions. It integrates a Dubois-Dépraz module with the Baumatic BM13-1975 AC2 movement, ensuring accurate tracking of day, date, month, and leap year, complemented by a moon-phase display. Both watches epitomize a blend of classic design and sophisticated mechanics, presented with an eye-catching new dial color.

These latest additions to the Clifton line reinforce Baume & Mercier’s commitment to combining historical elegance with contemporary horological advancements. The introduction of the ice-blue dial adds a refreshing and distinctive touch, ensuring these limited-edition watches stand out as sophisticated choices for collectors and enthusiasts alike, embodying enduring style and meticulous craftsmanship.
